Inszone Insurance Services acquires Phoenix-based Coriano & Riesop Insurance, LLC

Inszone Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Coriano & Riesop Insurance, LLC, known as Coriano Insurance Agency, expanding the company's presence in Phoenix and the Southwest.

Coriano Insurance Agency was founded in 2017 by Chris Coriano and Emily Coriano. The agency grew to more than $9 million in premiums through organic growth and client referrals, according to the companies.

The founders said employee support was a focus of the agency's business model.

"When we started the agency, our goal was always to build something great and scale it, but we needed to make sure our team would be in good hands when it was time for us to step back," Chris Coriano said. "We had spoken to several other brokerages, but Inszone stood out. We knew of their positive track record with other agencies in the industry, and we felt confident that they shared our values. It was crucial for us to find a partner who would take care of our staff and provide the infrastructure needed for their continued success."

Chris Walters, chief executive officer of Inszone, said the acquisition aligns with the company's approach to growth and employee support.

"Chris and Emily have built an incredible agency from the ground up in a very short amount of time," Walters said. "Their rapid growth, outstanding online reputation, and deep commitment to their employees align perfectly with our core values here at Inszone. We are thrilled to welcome the Coriano Insurance team to Inszone and look forward to supporting their continued dedication to the Phoenix community."

Inszone provides commercial, personal and benefits insurance services across the United States.
